Group Fitness Class Description
SilverSneakers®CardioFit-Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
SilverSneakers®YogaStretch- This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
SilverSneakers®MSROM-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Beginning Mat Pilates- A 30 minute class that will focus on the core using Pilates Mat exercises. Pilates focuses primarily on the 'Powerhouse,' or deepest abdominal muscles, and works the rest of the body from this core connection. This class will help to create an energized, pain-free, flexible and strong body.
Zumba - Join our certified Zumba instructors and dance your way to a fitter you…exciting unique Latin moves and rhythms. Class will include some muscle conditioning.

Cardio Kick- An intermediate class including low impact moves with a combination of low centered movements that will strengthen and tone your muscles and a variety of kicks will develop killer legs, while giving your heart a great cardio workout.
Creative Cardio-The instructor will lead you through a high/low impact class full of fun choreography and maybe throw in some kickboxing and other moves! A full class of Cardio!!
Total Body Toning- A 45 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Step-A full class of Step aerobics with our energetic and talented instructors! A great full body workout with fun combinations to keep you moving and challenge you.
Instructor’s Choice: Up for a surprise, come and see what the instructor chooses. This is a 60 minute class of cardio (step/high-low/kickbox) and some strength training! A fun-filled and energetic class!!
Group Cycle-An indoor cycling class that offers high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular enduranc and muscular strength. Particpants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tensions. You must reserve your spot for each class by calling or siging up.
